Memberships:
ADULT MEN'S MEMBERSHIPS (ages 14 and up)
Monthly Deduct Membership with one year
commitment – The monthly deduct membership includes
full access to the facility and all classes. This rate guarantees the
monthly rate of $165.00 for the commitment of a year. During this year
period the membership can not be cancelled. Requires credit card or check
to be placed on file and is billed on the 25th of each month for the rate
of $165.00 per month plus startup fee.
Month to Month Membership
– The month to month membership includes full access to the facility
and all classes. This is a month to month membership and monthly rate
is not guaranteed to stay the same; the rate can increase from month to
month. This membership can be cancelled with thirty days written notice
to BJMUTA & requires a minimum two month obligation. Requires credit
card or check to be placed on file and is billed on the 25th of each month
for the rate of $195.00 per month plus startup fee.
ADULT WOMEN'S MEMBERSHIPS (ages 14 and
up)
Monthly Deduct Women’s Membership
with one year commitment – Includes full access
to the facility and all classes; the only classes kept separate are the
women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and men’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
This rate guarantees the monthly rate of $150.00 for the commitment of
a year. During this year period the membership can not be cancelled. Requires
credit card or check to be placed on file and is billed on the 25th of
each month for the rate of $150.00 per month plus startup fee.
Month to Month Women’s Membership
- Includes full access to the facility and all the classes; the only classes
kept separate are the women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and men’s
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is a month to month membership and monthly rate
is not guaranteed to stay the same; the rate can increase from month to
month. This membership can be cancelled with thirty days written notice
to BJMUTA & requires a minimum two month obligation. Requires credit

for the rate of $180.00 per month plus startup fee.
CHILDREN'S MEMBERSHIPS (ages 5 to 13)
Monthly Deduct Youth Membership with one
year commitment – Includes full access to the facility
and all kids’ classes. This membership does not include access to
adult classes. This rate guarantees the monthly rate of $85.00 for the
commitment of a year. During this year period the membership can not be
cancelled. Requires credit card or check to be placed on file and is billed
on the 25th of each month for the rate of $85.00 per month plus startup
fee.
Month to Month Youth Membership
– Includes full access to the facility and all kids’ classes.
This membership does not include access to adult classes. This is a month
to month membership and monthly rate is not guaranteed to stay the same;
the rate can increase from month to month. This membership can be cancelled
with thirty days written notice to BJMUTA & requires a minimum two
month obligation. Requires credit card or check to be placed on file and
is billed on the 25th of each month for the rate of $100.00 per month
plus startup fee.
Discounts
(Discounts cannot be combined unless noted)

Family Discount 10% off - Receive 10% off all monthly fees when
2 family members join on the same plan. With this type of discount, one
family member will be responsible for the billing of the two members.

Family Discount 20% off - Receive 20% off all monthly fees when
3 or more family members join on the same plan. With this type of discount,
one family member will be responsible for the billing of the three or
more members.
Corporate Discount – 20% off - Receive 20% off
all monthly fees when 4 or more members join on the same plan. With this
type of discount, one member will be responsible for the billing of the
four or more members.
Police/Fire/Military 20% off - Show proper ID and receive
20% off monthly fees. Member must have POST, FIREFIGHTER I or II with
current Department Identification or a valid USA Armed Forces Identification
to obtain the 20% discount. The 20% discount is good for the individual
only and does not apply to spouse, children or any other family member.
Year in Advance 10% off plus no startup fee - Pay upfront
for 12 months of training and receive 10% off; check or cash only. This
discount can be combined with family, corporate, police fire and military
discounts.
A startup
fee is assessed to all new accounts upon signing up with Big John McCarthy’s
Ultimate Training Academy. This fee is determined on what method of payment
you place on file for your monthly dues which include EFT or credit card.
EFT stands for electronic file transfer via checking account. A credit
card can be a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Year in advance memberships
do not have a startup fee. The startup fee is as follows for each method
of payment;
EFT – Startup fee of $40.00
Credit Card – Startup fee of $60.00
Short
Term Passes:
Adult (ages 14 and up)
Day Pass - $35 - Gives an individual full access to the facility and all
classes for the day.
Week Pass - $100 - Gives an individual full access to the facility and
all classes for 7 days from time of purchase
Month Pass - $300 - Gives an individual full access to the facility and
all classes for the 30 calendar days.
Child
(ages 5 to 13)
Day Pass - $20 - Gives a child full access to the facility and all kid’s
classes for the day.
Week Pass - $50 - Gives a child full access to the facility and all kid’s
classes for 7 days from time of purchase
Month Pass - $150 - Gives a child full access to the facility and all
kid’s classes for the 30 calendar days
Memberships
can be placed on hold with a doctor's note indicating estimated
duration of absence from training. Memberships with a one year commitment
will have his or her year extended for the duration of time the membership
is on hold.
