Mondays 8:30 pm “The Big 4 Class” by Mark Mireles
Introductory class to MMA that exposes new or intermediate studens to MMA incorporating boxing, muay thai, wrestling, and jiujitsu into the martial arts that is known as MMA.

The Big Four outlines the main fighting disciplines and overlaps them into MMA. This is a workshop type class that meets every Monday night that works on a cycle from discipline to discipline to train on how to link them up.
