  4. New Class: Bootcamp

    This isn’t your ordinary boot camp class. There are no drill instructors to yell at you when you fall short. Rather there are experienced trainers with the knowledge necessary to guide and instruct people of all fitness levels on their journey to a healthier life. Bjmuta Boot Camp combines effective, fun, and functional exercises to skyrocket your metabolism and speed up your fitness results. Whether you are looking to lose a few pounds or take your conditioning to the next level this is where you will have the best chance of doing so. Nutritional information is also available to get you there faster and maintain what you achieve. The hour long classes will incorporate multiple tools to effectively workout and keep the training fresh and original including: TRX Suspension Training, kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, and tires. Along with the various types of equipment available coordination, flexibility and balance will be improved through agility drills, stretching and kickboxing techniques. Such additional training is intended to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance.
